☆The time I take to finish commissions depends on their complexity and the schedule I have. However, the standard delivery period is 1 to 4 weeks.☆ To order a commission, the client will have to either contact me personally or order through Vgen.☆ After the details are settled, I will send the client a sketch that needs to be approved. After this step, payment is required and the sketch cannot be changed. As I work, depending on the complexity of the artwork, I will send the client WIPs (flats, rendered, background, etc.) This however does not apply to sketch commissions that are paid up front only.☆ If I do not reach back after a form is completed, it could mean I am not comfortable with completing the order or I believe the demand is out of my skill set.☆ After the commission is completed, I will send it to the client.

☆ The payment method is through paypal only
- Cancelling an order can only be done before payment. After this there are no refunds available.☆ You will not be charged before getting an early sketch/thumbnail (this does not apply to sketch commissions that are paid up front). After this is approved, the payment is required to continue the commission process.☆ Prices will sometimes vary and are not always the same. Costs are calculated depending on the complexity of the request, time taken to complete it, etc.☆ Small changes can be done after the sketch is sent for free. Any major changes however may require an extra charge. Prices will be negotiated between me and the client.☆ The time for completing a commission will depend on the complexity of it as well as my personal schedule. If something urgent makes me unable to work, I may postpone the deadline. Any delay in my work will be communicated immediately.☆ Copyright of the drawing will belong to me. I reserve the rights to post any art, including works in progress on my social media, portfolio, website, etc. Without mentioning the client’s name or username.☆ Personal commissions cannot be used for commercial purposes. Use of my work in any way for monetary gain is strictly forbidden.☆ Ordering a commission means you agree to my terms and conditions.
